Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse located in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we strive to process orders quickly, requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests after this period will be denied. However, you can return the order for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments for your convenience.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time during holidays and sales events. We process orders between Monday and Friday, typically within 1-3 business days from the order date, and ship them the following business day. Note: We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders usually take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. You may need to pay duties or taxes upon receiving your order, as determined by your local customs office. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be covered by us. Additionally, we are not responsible for any customs-related delays.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately at soulfits123@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. For credit or debit card payments, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of the returned item or cancellation request. If you haven't received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
